Punctuality: Relaxation is our goal for you. Please give yourself a 20 minute head start so that you may enjoy every minute of every service you are receiving. Arriving later than your appointment time will result in a condensed or cancelled treatment.

Amenities: Enjoy our Oasis Relaxation Lounge, Lingam Lounge, Cedar-wood Saunas, Eucalyptus Steam Alcove and Café Cleo during your visit. All therapeutic amenities and showering facilities are available for use with any scheduled treatment, wellness session or day pass. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, children 18 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Valuables: Lockers will be provided for your use. We kindly ask that all valuables be left at home as Essence does not assume liability for valuables lost. For your relaxation and the relaxation of other guests, please turn cell phones and pagers off and leave them with your belongings in the locker area.

Reservations: Reservations can be made with our Spa Concierge daily. We appreciate reservations made one week prior. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Group Bookings: Essence welcomes groups both large and small. If you are interested in booking spa treatments for a business retreat, bridal party or a special occasion, our group coordinators will organize an extraordinary event for you and your guests.

Cancellation Policy: Essence requires a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full
service fee. A major credit card is required at the time of reservation.  

Prices and Services: All service offerings and prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks as forms of payment.  

Purchase Policy: You may exchange your unused products up to seven days after the date of purchase. Products that have been opened may not be returned or exchanged.

Retail: Home care maintenance programs are available for purchase on a daily basis featuring Obagi, NeoCutis, SkinCeuticals, GM Collins, Glo-Therapeutics, Pure Fiji and ColoreScience Pro.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available for any service and special occasion. They are especially appropriate for use by small businesses or large corporation to show your appreciation. No refunds will be given for Gift Certificates, they are redeemable for any spa service or retail product, but have no cash value.
