PILATES MAT: A method of body conditioning and toning. Strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, flexibility and balance and increase core strength all while uniting your body and mind. (Private sessions available)
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS: Experience the inner calmness, strength, flexibility and balance that practicing classic Yoga poses and breathing techniques can bring. This class is perfect for men and women along with beginners who want to learn more about Yoga in its traditional style.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA: An energetic and creative form of Yoga that connects our universal life source pranayama (breath) to physical movement and asanas (postures). Each instructor creates his or her unique sequence of asanas that is balanced and fluid to initiate a student's transformation of old paradigms and patterns of the body and self.
HATHA LEVEL 1-2: A form of yogic exercise that emphasizes specific postures in combination with controlled breathing.
INVIGORATE YOGA: A form of Yoga that will rejuvenate your body with a blend of core strength movements, awaken your mind with focused breath work & enliven your spirit to find the perfect balance.
CARDIO BOXING: A comprehensive workout that focuses on a combination of endurance, agility, balance and strengthening. While building muscle and maintaining flexibility you will enhance your strength and build your confidence.
